Reading the sell-stats makes me a little bit sad as this cool record seems to have been thrown in almost every once-been-a-breakcore-lover's cheapo-trashbin.
A great, but quite sinister compilation we have here, and that urges me to put some words down for its late fame.
I guess corch01 is a 45rpm one, but it will reveal its real hellish soul and roughness if you drop the speed to 33rpm. You can imagine, the breakz are mainly midtempo then, sticky, slow and pitched to the bottom, same goes for the samples and vocals that appear from time to time. Of course there are enough piercing noises and loops left, but that is standable for each track. What makes this wax a dark and downpressing headache then is the amount of sound you'll get by this trick: 5 tracks per side, 20+ min each. You can't go wrong with that one - industrialish downbeat(en) nightmare-entertainment (don't forget: on 33rpm!)
