The first of the 1995 releases, and a very great one at that. This is probably my favourite release to this point of the series, and nearly made a 5 star, only let down by a few fillers. The good quality tracks they use on this are up there, and make this one the most consistent so far.

The first CD includes most of the mainstream late '94, early '95 hits that you would probably see elsewhere, such as Alex Party's Don't Give Me Your Life, Perfecto Allstarz's Reach Up, Push The Feeling On by The Nightcrawlers, N Trance's Set You Free, Clock's Axel F, Deuce's Call It Love, and so many more... I liked almost every track on this one except tracks 8, 19 and 20 - it is that good and while none of the good tracks are at the top of the 90's list, the consistency is there, so it is a winner in my books!

The second CD actually contains some of the rare awesome gems, but there are also some fillers. I dislike JX's You Belong To Me with a passion, and I would have preferred the original of Ace Of Base's Livin' In Danger as the remix here is underwhelming but the rest is mostly exciting. I enjoyed Strike's U Sure Do, Mr Roy's Saved, Wildchild's Legends Of The Dark Black - Part 2 (Renegade Master Mix Edit), Giant City's Feel The Spirit (North Mix Edit), Moby's Everytime You Touch Me, Jon Of The Pleased Wimmin's Passion (Tin Tin Out Edit), Escrima's Train Of Thought and The Tabernacle's I Know The Lord. It is less consistent than CD 1, and I am unsure if it is inferior to the first disc or equal, but it was great for the most part.

Level 4 is one of the better releases of the series overall and again, a must listen.
