I remember hearing "Do It Again" in a Hamburg club way back in 1993 - basically at the time when the Japanese LP on King Street Sounds came out. I totally got hooked on it but never managed to get a copy during pre-internet times. Then in approx.2008/09 I was totally on a Japanese Deep House trip and started to buy old skool stuff from Nippon and kinda re-discovered this EP on Discogs and wanted to get my hands on it. No luck everywhere but I decided to check out Soichi's label homepage which was in Japanese only and found out that he was still selling his remaining sealed copies of the Far East Recording EPs plus his "Oldies" EP and the ridiculously rare Sunshower remixes with that "Mr. Fingers Remix" I wrote him a mail and guess what - the sweetest guy responded immediately, brought the EPs on the way to me (I guess even before I even paid him) and some days later I was holding my sealed NOS copies in my hands together a personal note by Soichi who was happy that someone remembered his old tunes :)) So lucky to be one of the few who was able to get some of his last original stock!

I am lucky enough to have a copy of this special record. I don't know a great deal about Soichi Terada or the Far East Label but there are some great productions on show here. Most of the tracks sound like they were produced in the early 90's with authentic house and disco vibes across both sides of this EP. Soichi has used a few old samples, but to good effect. This is a must for any lover of classic house and is extremely rare by the looks of it, find it, buy it!
