Listening to tracks 1 to 5, I could not understand how this release got a low rating from oggers. From the gentle but uneasy vocals cooing over minimal instrumentation on 1, to the experimental and dangerous prose/suite of 2, to the folksy harmonica whistling decidedly a semitone apart from the bassline of 3, to the ambient book-reading session of 4, to the innovative and harrowing recantation of crash victims and what they go through, complete with startling sound effects, on 5, this disc is decidedly edgy and experimental. The seductive tendrils of music narcotics envelope the listener and the latter begins to feel like he's lost in another world.

However, with perhaps the exception of 10 (electro), the disc loses the plot by including tacky tracks such as 8 and 9, and other tracks that are simple ambient pieces that go nowhere, or are simply pretentious nonsense.

What a miscalculation on Soleilmoon's part to think we can't tell the discerning snob apart from the punter with no idea.
