Notes

A4 is mislabeled as "Another Day" by Mr. Fingers but is in fact an edited version of "Let Your Body Talk" by Ace & The Sandman / Saber Records 1992.

Surely the 'Moonglow' track was made by Eric Lewis and Merwyn Sanders?

I'm guessing 'Blue Mood', 'It's Hot' and 'Hey Now Hey Now' (from this release:https://www.discogs.com/Various-Jackmaster-5/release/213934) were also written and produced around the same time as the original Virgo 4 and M.E. releases? Perhaps they were tracks from the original sessions that didn't make it on to the original Virgo 4 and M.E. EPs on Trax Records?

M.E. - 'It's Hot' was first released in 1990 on the Jackmaster Vol 5 compilation: https://www.discogs.com/Various-Jackmaster-5/release/213934

For some weird reason it was released under the artist name 'Water Sign' lol.

But it's a fantastic track all the same and certainly up there with the likes of their other well known classics like 'Ride', 'In A Vision' and 'School' Hall etc. But this one really needs a 12" re-release asap.

Back to this compilation...there's actually a few more Eric Lewis and Merwyn Sanders productions hidden under different artist names (thanks Trax!). The Rum Runner track 'Hey Now Hey Now' and 'Love Hangover' (house cover of the Diana Ross Disco classic) tracks are pretty good and the others are in a hip-house style.

Here they are:-

A2.Soft Space - Just Can't Get Enough
A3.Sledgehammer - Get It Up
A6.Water Sign - It's Hot
B1.Siren - Love Hangover
B5.Rum Runner - Hey Now Hey Now

Alot of misrepresentation here as we have Ace and Sandman being toted as Mr.Fingers.The track titled Horses is way not Phuture and has to be listened on to believe, and I think it picks-up where Boris Badenoughs "Hey Rocky" left off. With all that being said, the track "It's Hot" by M.E. is IMO a must have for any fan of deep house.
