Has anyone cleaned their vinyl with a spin clean or RCM? Even an ultrasonic cleaner?

Since no one else seems to have commented on this. These sound better than I expected, but they do not sound great. There's some pretty loud and noticeable surface noise throughout both discs (gold is noticeably worse in my case).

There's even a note included that suggests not playing them too much since they will deteriorate faster than normal records.

It's a display piece more than anything and for the actual music itself you're better off getting the regular 2LP copies.

I had not had the chance to look at mine since purchase and I have to say I am pretty disappointed at the tarnishing that has happened even while stored carefully in the packaging. My platinum disc looks new but the gold disc is unrecognizable. Does anyone have any knowledge if the tarnishing can be removed? Any feedback from Third Man Records regarding this? Any information and updates would be appreciated!

I'm highly amused by the tarnished look the records hold now that they've aged. You can't tell them apart from each other. It actually looks better.
