Pulver Rising!

Brown as the food of the gods the fourth part of the Compilation series rolls out of the Pulver Labs. The new Pulverising is Cocoa and again guarantees you a full load of freshly discovered Track and Talents independent of the Pulver stable.

No Rule without an exception, you might want to say, when you hear that the first track on the 12” is contributed by Inverse Cinematics & Icasol, two regulars for Pulver. But this is the first occasion the two are making common cause in achieving their goal: to get the masses to burn down the club. Icasols Deepness, he was already giving proof of with his sought-after remixes for Dutch Rhythm Combo and Erik Sumo, meets Inverse Cinematics Broken Beats. “Rolex” is made to work… and so it does! We’ll be awaiting fresh stuff from the two promising youngsters.

Row Z is putting you into “Stalemate” with a mover that’s in the perfect middle in between soul-funky blaxpoitation and cocktail-sipping Jazz lounging. Never to much in the past, never to far in has the future Richard Smith taken his band from England to the Jazz floors of the world.

On the B-Side Sam Irl from Bavaria comes across you, incorporating reminiscences of a Caribbean steel band, the funky drummer, a touch of dreamy Jazz Guitar and some gentle lacing of electronics into a smooth blend one of a kind.
