Notes

This LP contains the soundtrack played in the soap opera.

"Sol de Verão" was a Brazilian soap opera produced by Rede Globo and displayed between 11 October 1982 and March 19, 1983. It was written and directed by Manoel Carlos, Roberto Talma, and Jorge Fernando Guel Arraes and had 137 chapters.

Unfortunately, the show ended earlier than anticipated because of the death of Jardel Filho actor, star and close friend of the author Manoel Carlos. The author revealed in interviews that "Sol de Verão" is one of his favorite novels. Interestingly, one of the few where the name "Helena", a common feature in his novels, does not appear.
