This release is very underwhelming, even though it was supposed to be a special 2000 edition to the series (alongside The Best Dance Album In The World... Ever! Part 10).
The first CD does have a few great tunes on it, like Alice Deejay's Back In My Life, Eiffel 65's Blue, Nu Generation's In Your Arms, and Sash's Adelante right through to the last track. Though, with how decent this is, there are many other 'mixed' albums out there from the same time that were superior.

The second CD, while very much a disappointment in comparison is still good in parts. It just features less of the good known dance and more slow pop hits in the first half, and only provides a couple of good songs near the end, such as Ann Lee's 2 Times, Shaft's Sway, Bob Marley's Rainbow Country and Hi Gate's Pitching. It isn't a serious dance CD by any logic, and somewhat fails for being anything worthy.

Overall, not worth it in my opinion.
