He has been nominated for a Grammy(R) award for his notes to Ray Charles' <i>Genius & Soul: The 50th Anniversairy Collection</i>. With Weldon A. McDougal III, Dahl is the author of <i>Motown: The Golden Years</i>.

Keith Hughes is the author of <i>Don't Forget The Motor City</i>, a Motown discography, and has written articles for a variety of soul magazines. His research has appeared in several CD compilations. Hughes lives in Oxfordshire, England.
