I strongly disagree with the reviewer below me, as to me this is a rather solid compilation with an overall strong selection of tracks. Best ones are the Charm tunes, all 3 of them are fabulous but "Brain Structure" takes the cake for me. A masterpiece boasting an absolute belter of a main melody with a very anthemic feeling to it. Hasn't lost any of its magic since I first heard it 15 years ago on a blue-skied summer day.

I really liked the Kuro track although it sounds more like 1994 than 1996 as does most of the CD. "Morning Star" has that early, simple, analogue Goa vibe that sounds like the Japanese artist Ree K. who did the art work for this CD cover.. The rest of the CD didn't do too much for me with songs showing promise and then sputtering out. For that one song by Kuro, which can only be found here, this CD is worth having.
