In my opinion Russ Gabriel created an absolute milestone in future jazz music.
"Jelba" builds up with a very detailed and relaxing intro droppin' you into that smooth bossa groove with a variety of playful samba elements. Its harmonic structure done by rhodes, guitar and vibes tells a beatiful story through the whole track which leads out by a nice drum/percussion solo rounding this stroke of genius. Stunning piece of music!
