It is baffling why this album has NEVER been issued on CD before? This hot 1984 album features several club hits including "Take a Chance," "Loveride," and "Stop Playing on Me," featuring the sultry vocals of Vikki Love and ace production by Ron Dean Miller (who remixed Pet Shop Boys' "West End Girls" an "Opportunities" to full effect) - toss in sharp edits by the Latin Rascals and background vocals by Audrey Wheeler & Cindy Mizelle, and a little sly rap, and you get an album that all but defined 1985 for me. Would love to see all the extended mixes & dubs on a deluxe CD package, too. Since 4th & Broadway was an imprint of Island back in the #80s, Island are listening?
