I'm surprised that this album gets hated on so much because - this is not that generic of an album. This album fuses jazz, hip-hop, electronic and rock with pop, which actually turns out really well. Yeah, there's alot of cliche's and cheesiness, and yeah, Colleen, I guess, did sell out since she was in the rock band Eve's Plum, but to be honest - I'd say that this is a very unique album with some great tracks.

Track Picks:
.Smile [Just a happy pop track with some interesting samples and elements with some nice guitar in the chorus]
.Me, Myself And I [Annnnd another song with cool sampling! We have some Santana riffs with some funky drums and scratching - This one is more for an acquired taste though]
.Not That Kind Of Girl [Wow! This is defiantly different, in a good way. This time, it has loud rock drums, loud electric guitar snippets, and cool techno synths and noises (and 808s!) - This is a pretty unique one]
.Do What You Want To Do [Here, we have some funky guitar riffs with some scratching of Digital Underground's Doowutchyalike. Another fun track (like all of these seem to be) with some nice sampling]
.Girls Against Boys [Okay, this track is insane! You go from jazzy rock guitars and drums with some Spanish talking vocals to a crazy, noisy chorus part, then it goes back to how it was before. Defiantly unique for a 90s pop track - I think this could be my top pick]
.Graduation (Friends Forever) [Well, this is the biggest hit off of this album and, sure, it's not that unique this time, but this is a very sweet track with some nice elements. This is also the second ballad track on the album and is a good closer for it]

Id rate it: 8/10

i'm not sure who listens to this CD, or if anyone does (besides me). It has a sort of Pop, fun, feel to it. I don't exactly remember where i forst heard it, i suspect it was on Yahoo's Launch. This CD is pretty much generic Pop. Graduation may bring a tear to those out of school just long enough to miss it or those graduating at the time of hearing it. some of the songs like "About Last Night" maybe be considered PG-13. i suspect that this CD would appeal to early teenage girls.
