An important release in Salsa! This was supposed to be the Vol.3 of the successful Christmas Album "Asalto Navideno".This production was recorded while the Fania All Stars' trip to Zaire which Colon did not attend the event. Plus this is the first time Willie Colon sings. Lavoe performs 2 tunes and we hear Ruben Blades singing for the first time in a Colon production. From here Colon and Blades work together and become a major force in Salsa music!
