The only piece of info is on the CD itself, it says "Copyright 2001". No country of origin, I'm guessing USA because I got this in an auction lot of industrial CDs from a US retailer back in the day.
Track 11 is not listed on the inlay, it's a hidden track.
This is taken from the inlay:
"all compositions, sound manipulations, voices, vocal simulations, lyrics, text, photography, visual manipulations, synthetic pornography, robotic engineering, and construction executed by XXX TESTING LABORATORIES, where no one employer's contribution to our end goals are any more or less important than any other.
all engineering, constructing, recording, mixing, manipulating, mastering, testing, retesting, photographing,, photo retouching, falsifying, fabricating, researching, developing, and producing is executed at any or all of our numerous research facilities located throughout the world. none of these facilities know what part, if any, they may have played in this, or any other, 3XTL production. this is our unique way of generating and maintaining a "true sense of random".
(That web site is long since gone; using the Wayback Machine one can find a simple page with just a 3XTL logo on it and a contact email.)
I will upload pics whenever I get my scanner working.
