Apply Now for the Community Advisory Turntable and Amplify Voices Across Discogs
By Kevin Lewandowski
Dear Discogs community,
At the end of last year, I made a commitment to be more open and responsive about our goals, progress, and challenges as we embarked on a journey to improve the Discogs experience. A key part of that effort included plans to create an advisory board composed of real users who provide feedback and help guide the evolution of Discogs
We’re calling it the Community Advisory Turntable, and I’m thrilled to announce that we are now accepting applications from anyone interested in participating.
This group will meet regularly with the Discogs leadership team to share insights from the community and influence how we prioritize our efforts. That includes updating existing features, designing new ones, and addressing concerns.
For this to succeed, we need collectors, sellers, and contributors so all perspectives are represented. If you want to help support the community, I invite you to apply.
This is one of our many efforts to listen and communicate, especially as we undergo a technical transformation to modernize the platform of this site that I started back in 2000. I’m excited about this work and how it will pave the way for future developments.
I look forward to meeting with the Community Advisory Turntable soon and shaping the future of Discogs together.
Until then,
Kevin Lewandowski
Founder/CEO, Discogs
