We’re Working on the Future of Discogs

Your future with Discogs is looking brighter. 

We are working to improve the foundation of the site. In order to enhance your experience and create new tools, we need to first strengthen the infrastructure that Discogs was built on 23 years ago. 

You likely won’t notice most of our renovations because this work will occur behind the scenes. However, we’re excited to share some upcoming improvements to site performance that will make it easier and quicker to discover, collect, sell, and catalog music.

You may have already seen a few of our recent updates, including a new layout for artist pages, more detailed release recommendations, and upgrades to the homepage design. Up next, we’re working on a new Discogs app with the same essential functionality and an even better mobile experience.

We’ll keep you updated on progress in the meantime. Look for another check-in at the beginning of 2024.
