Real Name:
Павел Хотин
Pavel Hotin is a Russian musician, electronic producer, and keyboard player, best known as one of the original members of legendary Zvuki Mu band. He joined Petr Mamonov and his brother Alexey Bortniychuk in 1982 as a first professionally trained musician in the collective and stayed in the "canonical" line-up in 1984-1990. After being fired from the band, he formed an experimental hip-hop project MD&C Pavlov (1991-1995) with another ex-member of Zvuki Mu, drummer Alexey Pavlov. In 1996, Pavel worked for a year as an art-director of Aquatoria club. He joined other original members of Zvuki Mu in the otZvuki Mu ("Faint Sounds of Mu") live group, which was active at the same time as Mamonov played with his new Zvuki Mu quartet.

From 1996 to 2004 Hotin was a member of electronic project Tetris, which released a debut album and 12-inch single at Pork Recordings in the UK. In 1998, he was a co-producer of Cosmos Production label.

Pavel Hotin plays in Nikolay Kopernik band since their reunion in 2005. He also joined a new Moscow Grooves Institute line-up in summer of 2008.
