Stephen Arnold aka Scuba Steve's overnight success took only 7 years of hard work. Steve made a name for himself in the London underground dance scene before returning to New Zealand where he had a huge impact on the Christchurch hard dance scene. Like most DJs Steve came from a clubbing background, and has played regularly at parties such as Serotonin, Smile, Fevah, Frantic, and alongside luminaries such as Billy Bunter, Skol, K90, Phil Reynolds, Steve Hill, James Lawson, and Tom Harding. Steve has more recently turned his talents to production, and with a musical background, he's taken to it like a duck to Peeking. His penchant for writing big room trance melodies, while mocked for being a big girly nonce, has slotted in nicely with the harder edged preferences of Butcher Boy and down-right dirty style of Captain Tinrib, creating the much anticipated "Lost at Sea" artist's album under the guise of Omega 3.
