Short lived band formed by Hendrix after the break-up of The Jimi Hendrix Experience. It was formed shortly before Woodstock and didn't last long after. Though introduced as "The Jimi Hendrix Experience" by MC Chip Monck, Hendrix quickly corrected this to "Gypsy Sun And Rainbows" and began his two-hour set.
