Martin Weaver

Martin Weaver was the leader and singer of the UK band The Wicked Lady. The group existed from 1968-1972 but have gained a cult following for Weaver's "raucous unhinged" lead guitar playing first documented with the archival issue of practice sessions on the Kissing Spell label in the early 1990s. He also played support guitar with the band Dark, who's 1972 album "Around the Edges" is among he most expensive private press records from the UK. The Mind Doctors album also issued by Kissing Spell, "was a drug fueled Wicked Lady spin-off. It's totally instrumental, doom laden, and filled with furiously fuzzing guitars." Martin currently produces his own music in his home studio as well as playing with the Doctors of Space featuring Dr. Space from Øresund Space Collective. Martin has also played two concerts with Øresund Space Collective and played guitar and programmed drums on Dr Space's Alien Planet Trip Vol 3 record, released in 2019.
