British rock producer and engineer, died 17 July, 2021.
Dave Langston was nicknamed "Cyrano." Associated with The Who, he was initially hired as a chauffeur, and left the band Cyrano and The Bergeracs to become the Who's first roadie. Later known as Cy Langston, was a longtime production assistant for The Who as well as working with other bands. He is credited as co-writer on the song "Early Morning Cold Taxi" with Roger Daltrey.
He was also a member of Gary Farr & The T-Bones (February 1966 / January 1967).
