Original member of the Juice Crew and DJ for Big Daddy Kane.
Discovered the artist Notorious B.I.G. (then known as Biggie Smalls) and his demo tape 'Microphone Murderer' in 1991. Mister Cee promoted the demo, bringing it to the attention The Source magazine's editor where it subsequently featured in the 'Unsigned Hype' section of the magazine in March 1992.
Associate executive producer for the Notorious B.I.G.'s 1994 debut album, Ready To Die.
