Charles Neblett (born Charles Delbert Neblett in Robinson County, Tenn. 1941), a civil rights activist best known for helping to found and being a member of The Freedom Singers, wrote the song "If You Miss Me at the Back of the Bus" under the name Carver Neblett (here as C. Neblett)
