One of the best of the early Ninja artists, this guy has serious production chops and knows how to build a cinematic groove. From the deep and smokey slink of Hed Phone Sex's weird trip-hop into the drum and bass frenzies on his LP&C era, and back to ambient and downtempo grooves of Fast Asleep and beyond, it's quality all the way with sense of humor firmly intact. A must have for any 90's trip hop or ambient fan.

Well, Porcini for me is the best acid jazz producer ever. Do I have anything to add, really? I don't know, just listen to such things as "Purfect", "Dubble", "The Big Sea" and many others...The killer downtempo jazz inspired dope stuff! His album "Headphone Sex" is one of those beautifully crafted cd's which play from start to finish as whole piece of music. Not like nowadays when a lot of crap is coming out and most albums are just compilations of tracks with no concept or soul or balls behind them.
Check this guy out, most of his stuff is amazing!
