Josip Deči
Josip Deči (born 1904, Stari Sivac-Samobor, Croatia) - Croatian composer and writer. Co-composer (besite Tito Strozzi) of the operete "Čudo od djeteta" (The wonderous Child, 1938), a biographical piece about the jewish Zagreb girl-singer and -dancer Lea Deutsch, at that time the youngest artist at the Croatian National Theater (HNK) Zagreb, killed during the Holocaust. Deči also produced the 1st experimental audio-motion picture in Croatia (1931, presenting parts from the operete Don Juan's Fiancée).
