Colonel Bastard is a guy from Liège (Belgium), close to the JauneOrange collective. He describes himself as "a real asshole on drugs and alcohol, playing a few patehtic gigs here and there...". He started using the name "Colonel Bastard And His Bionic Commando" because a UK pop band is called Colonel Bastard.
