Profile: | Danish vocalist (1932-1973), discovered in 1957 by Otto Brandenburg who adopted him into the vocal quartet Four Jacks. Werther sang with the quartet 1957 to 1964, when he persued a solo career. Until his death in 1973 due to liver alcohol damages he had moderate pop succes making danish novelty versions of international pop hits and as a duet with Gustav Winckler. |
