Gila Gröger

Profile:
Gila Gröger was born in Germany, but moved to Amsterdam early in life. There, she played bass and sang with bands Suspect and then Schaflose Nächte, who supported acts such as Pigbag, Einstürzende Neubauten and Captain Beefheart.

After Schaflose Nächte split, Gila moved to London where she formed Sugardog with Here Boy and Fritz C of 23 Skidoo/Ronin. These days, she rarely plays bass, concentrating instead on song-writing, singing and production.
