Giovanni Del Turco
(b Florence, 21 June 1577; d Florence, 20 Sept 1647). Italian composer and court administrator. He was a nobleman and belonged to the Knights of St Stephen, a military order based in Pisa. He was probably an associate of the circle of Florentine poets and musicians that had Jacopo Corsi as its patron from about 1592 to 1602.
