Many have credited Dimitri Max for giving his music the "French touch" and naturally it runs through his blood. Moving to the States from France in the mid 90's, he was quickly influenced by the music coming out of Chicago and Detroit. He soon began DJ'ing and quickly garnered some attention in the DC area, eventually landing him a spot on XM's The Move. It wasn't long until he would dive into production and create the underground hit "Lazy Afternoon". Gaining attention from Josh Wink to Laurent Garnier, he soon after got the opportunity to remix legend Juan Atkins. With already a solid catalogue on its way to be released, Dimitri Max, ever-evolving, is pushing his passion and bringing real house music back to the forefront.
