ABOUT CONNIE TALBOT
Connie Talbot was born on November 20, 2000 & she lives in Streetly, in the West Midlands of Britain. Connie is best known as the 6 year old who stole the nation’s heart when she stepped on to the stage and sang solo “Somewhere Over The Rainbow” in front of the judges of 'Britain’s Got Talent’.
She wanted to enter Britain's Got Talent so that she could sing in front of Simon Cowell and make people happy. After seeing Simon Cowell in Africa on American Idol she decided that if she was to win she would like to donate all the money to the kids in Africa.
Connie never had singing lessons of any kind, so you can truly say that she has a 100% natural God-given talent. Her voice has so many different ranges. She can sing with perfect pitch and is cute at the same time. At this point in time she is already being told she’s going to be the next Charlotte Church.
DEBUT ALBUM: OVER THE RAINBOW
After taking second on “Britain’s Got Talent”, Connie signed a record deal to release records on the special label “Rainbow Recordings” and recorded her debut album ‘Over The Rainbow’ which has since earned her a Gold Disc in the UK and has been a huge hit across S. E. Asia becoming the top selling international new artist CD in much of S. E. Asia in 2008. Just to round-off the year in style Connie released her Christmas Album to the delight of her fans, particularly in Asia, where it has again been in the Top 10 CD charts.
WORLD LIVE PERFORMANCES
During the end of 2011 until March 2012, Connie participated at the Young Voice Concerts that toured the UK performing at major venues, including the grand O2 Arena in London. During the Young Voice tour she broke another Guinness World Record for the largest number of back singers ever to accompany one lead vocalist at a public venue. She accomplished this with the help of 6031 children in the O2 Arena.

In 2011, Connie began piano lessons and incredibly within 10 weeks she posted on her YouTube channel a video of her singing and playing Adele’s “Someone Like You”. Connie’s Official Youtube Channel have in total well over five hundred million views. By the end of 2011, ConnieTalbotVEVO was available on Youtube.
BEAUTIFUL WORLD LIVE
In 2012 Christmas, Connie had an Asia Tour for her new album "Beautiful World". She visited Hong Kong, Manila Philippines, Taiwan and Indonesia, and finished her debut headline concerts in Taiwan and Hong Kong. She performed songs off the new album and the songs that first brought her worldwide fame such as "Over The Rainbow" and “I Will Always Love You".
In July 2014, the full live concert of Beautiful World Live In Hong Kong was released in Connie’s first high-definition concert film, with bonus features including from the Taiwan station highlights and music videos for Beautiful World album tracks.
THE GRAVITY EP
After recording her first original song “Beautiful World”, Connie continued to develop her talent in songwriting by co-writing a new track called “Gravity” for her new EP. The Gravity EP was soon released in November, 2014. It features the moving and thought-provoking track “Inner Beauty”, the refreshingly fun and bright rendition of ELO’s electro hit “Mr. Blue Sky” and Connie’s take on “Let It Go” from Disney’s Frozen. This condensed selection showed the gradually maturing original style of Connie.
Anxious to share her new music to Connie Friends in Asia, The Gravity Tour was launched in Hong Kong and Taiwan. The Taiwan station was sold out and Connie once again amazes the big crowd with her powerhouse voice. Despite her young age, Connie shows no fear to handle the big stage.

Juggling school work and her career as a professional singer, Connie Talbot enjoys writing originals songs and is currently recording more for her next full album.
