Marlon is a legend.. Renk and Ruff Kutt were the labels that introduced the reggae samples to the hardcore scene in late 91 and 92. Not much to say about Renk records, other than it was a giant of a label in the early hardcore jungle and jungle scene. It still is !!

I cannot believe nobody as made ONE comment about this artist, love him or loathe him (i dunno why you'd loathe him as i recall it was general levy who was putting peoples noses out of joint) in my eyes M beat has to be up there with the very best, so wherever you are man i and sure many others out there salute you.

It's kinda funny though during 93-94 you could argue m beat was running it, you'd be pushed to find any one who had as many hits as the guy
