Profile:
Italian violinist, pianist, composer and conductor (Naples, 1900 - Rome, March 27, 1963). Graduated from the Conservatory in violin, piano and composition began with some pieces of chamber music and later devoted himself to the song and to the direction of the orchestras. After WW2 was first violin at the Teatro San Carlo in Naples, then formed his melodic orchestra. In 1952 reached greater popularity for the success on 1st edition of the Festival di Napoli with "Desiderio 'e sole".
