Legendary New Wave band from San Francisco. Tokyo Vogue was a hard working band that played many gigs in and around the Bay Area in the 1980’s. Notable among these was as supporting act for 70’s legends Sparks in San Francisco. They enjoyed a large and loyal local fan base. Their music is still played regularly on Pandora and is occasionally licensed today, including a recent commercial for CMT’s Gossip Girls.

If you liked Duran Duran in the 80's when they still had a great sound you'll love Tokyo Vogue. This band has a very dynamic new wave/synthpop sound. Very Duran-Duran-ish... I highly recommend.
