First violinist with New York Symphony and Metropolitan Opera House Orchestra 1903-1908, conductor of municipal concerts in New York 1911-1914, director of recording for phonograph companies 1915-1930, musical director of radio advertising agencies 1931-1938, accompanied bass vocalist Alexander Kipnis.
