British drummer, engineer, producer, programmer, and remixer.
Please use Richie Stephens for the Jamaican singer, producer and Pot Of Gold label owner of the Reggae genre (sometimes spelled Richie Stevens).

One of the UK's top groove drummers, he has worked in a wide array of genres and styles, from Tina Turner, Simply Red, Oleta Adams, Joan Armatrading, Keziah Jones, Culture Club to reggae artists Linton Kwesi Johnson, Horace Andy, Dennis Bovell, I-Roy, Earl Sixteen etc. Signed to Virgin with his act Well Red, Richie's work led him to collaborate with George Clinton and the P-Funk crew. As Drumhead and now Dubversive, Richie has produced Mica Paris and remixed tracks for acts including Dreadzone, Jamiroquai and Spacemonkeyz vs. Gorillaz project.
