Initially founded as "ADGAM Corp." in 1953, it was renamed "Lee-Myles Associates, Inc." in 1955 and offered design capability (one director, four artists), photography, typography, color separation, printing and jacket fabrication, covering 8-track and cassette tapes until its dissolution in the early 1990s.
A special service were so-called instant covers—stock covers—with graphic design or scenic shots which were sold to schools, small firms, other printers and sound studios.
Folkways Records was the first client of the company.
