He grew up in Plainfield, NJ and then relocated to Canada, Pontiac, Michigan, Detroit and Lakewood, NJ. At the time of his death, he resided in North Brunswick. He was a member of Parliament-Funkadelic where he played bass, drums and guitar. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1997 along with the band members. |
