1937-1938 - Conductor at the Opera House in Minsk.
1938-1947 - Head of the musical part and conductor of the Central Children's Theatre.
1947-1951 - Conductor Operetta Theater in Moscow.
1951-1954 - Deputy Chief of the repertory theaters and department head of the Committee on the Arts.
Since 1954 - the chief conductor and artistic director of musical ensembles VGKO (All-Union State Concert Association).
