Yves Chaland

Yves Chaland (born April 3, 1957, Lyon, France – died July 18, 1990, France) was a French illustrator and cartoonist. Along with Joost Swarte, Ted Benoit, Floc'h or Serge Clerc, he most notably relaunched the "ligne claire" in the 1980's, a style of drawing pioneered by Hergé.
