Seefeel was my introduction to electronic music back in 1995, their "Quique" album came without parallel at that time. Think of Cocteau Twins meets "Incunabula"-era Autechre...
The delayed-fx female vocals were one of the big standards of this project, and though they added some 4/4 beats and percussive elements these remain minimal, holding excellent ambient textures alongside fractal loops of guitars, basses and fx.
