Tammo De Jongh
Profile: | Tammo de Jongh (1927-1997) was a Dutch artist who in the 1960s lived with two other friends Thomas Knapp. aka. Sebastien Michael Llewelyn, and Herewood Gabriel, in Kentish Town, London. A Small group was formed called, The Green Monks, but later the group became the Graigian Society (or The Community), hippies. De Jongh took the name of Anelog. Among other things they dedicated themselves to the Tarot and to 'work of Gurdjieff. The community broke up a couple of years after the death of De Jongh in 1997 of a heart attack. |
