The Impressions

Profile:

The Impressions were an American music group from Chicago, active from 1958 until 1983, whose repertoire included doo-wop, gospel, r&b, soul, and disco. Between 1958 and 1960 they performed as Jerry Butler & The Impressions. The group were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1991, and into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame in 2003.
