Soizic Lebrat

Artist, musician, cellist. Born in 1976. Lives in Nantes.
After training as a classical musician (1st conservatory prize) and as a music historian (doctorate in cultural history of music), Soizic Lebrat broadens her practice as a performer to those of improviser, composer and researcher in music. Engaged in an experimental approach, she leads creative projects that challenge and reflect on each of her postures and integrate scientific research spaces through experimentation with the practices and processes that she implements.
