Wilfred Aanerud

Wilfred Aanerud (born November 28, 1924 at Magnor in Hedmark county, dead March 31, 1995) was trubadur. He moved to Rælingen in 1951 and in 1953 to Lillestrøm. Aanerud was a mason and had the music as a hobby. He got a record contract with Iversen & Frogh A / S after winning a talent competition in 1961. Aanerud debuted with the single Hankatten Peder on the label Columbia that year. He achieved the greatest success with the single "Modern Loffervise", which sold over 20,000 copies in 1962.
