In 2009, Aa! was revived along with six other defunct groups. Due to Reina Tanaka now being in High-King, she was unable to rejoin Aa! and Hello! Pro Egg and Shugo Chara Egg! member Akari Saho joined Aa! alongside Miyabi Natsuyaki and Airi Suzuki in her place. Their first new single with the second line-up via Hello! Project compilation was a cover song in July 2009 called "YES-YES-YES". In December 2009, Aa! released their next single, an original song called "Yume to Genjitsu" when had been performed in Hello! Project concerts since that summer.
Throughout 2010 and 2011, Aa! continued to appear in Hello! Project concert tours performing their original songs and cover songs and even did a variety skit along with the other revived shuffle units in a Hello! Magazine DVD. In January 2011, however, activities with Aa! ceased again alongside five of the other seven shufle units following the conclusion of their winter tour that month. In April, Akari Saho left Hello! Project to join UFA's new idol group Up Up Girls, further confirming Aa!'s disbandment.
In the spring of 2015, Aa! reunited with Miyabi Natsuyaki and Airi Suzuki to perform a new version of the song "Masayume", a b-side on Aa!'s "First Kiss" single for Berryz Kobo's graduation from Hello! Project, which Miyabi Natsuyaki was a part of.
