Los Angeles-based band that were initially active 1986–1995, with reunions in 1997, 2001-2004, and 2010.

Core members Johnette Napolitano (vocals, bass) and Jim Mankey (guitar) founded Dreamers (40) in 1982, later becoming L.A. Dreamers, then Dream 6 in 1983, and finally Concrete Blonde in 1986.

Other members have included Harry Rushakoff (drums), Alan Block (2) (guitar/bass), Paul Thompson (2) (drums), and Gabriel Ramirez-Quezada (drums).
