Profile:
British indie rock group from Kingston upon Hull, formed in 1990 by ex-Tombstone Graffiti members Loz Hardy (vocals, guitar) and Myles Howell (bass), along with ex-puppeteer John Andrew (drums).

Reformed by Myles Howell and John Andrew to play live shows in 2010 sans lead singer and guitar player Loz Hardy, substituting a new lead vocalist, an additional guitar player, and a keyboard player.

A 4-CD retrospective has been released. Meanwhile, I think Discogs has got the discography order of releases wrong, compared with Wikipedia.

If anyone out there has digital copies of those self-released digital rarities/outtakes/demo albums that the group released in the late 1990s or early 2000s (well after they'd broken up), please contact me! I have never heard them and would love to be able to at some point!

Saw Kingmaker live supporting The Wonderstuff at Brixton in December 1991, great gig. Cracking songs from a really energetic and powerful trio, definitely a cut above your average indie outfit of the time, certainly made me go out and buy "Eat Yourself..." straight after the gig!
